Making up my mind about property

One of things I love about my line of work is the variety of my clients. Everyone has a face. Everyone can wear make up. Makeup doesn’t discriminate between old and young, fat or thin, short or tall or even male or female. I have done makeup for doctors, actors, bankers, students and even conveyancing lawyers. No matter who they are or what they do when they sit in my chair they are a blank canvas for me to design. I have been lucky enough on more than one occasion to exchange services with my clients. I have a lovely young girl who comes to me when she has big corporate events to go who tolconveyancing solicitorsd me she could get my niece some work experience in her finance office. With the latest explosion of my client list I have recently thought about selling my current studio and upgrading. Just as I was thinking about this I got a call from a client who needed her face done for a wedding. She told me how her and her boyfriend had just bought a lovely new bungalow in the city. I mentioned my plans for potentially buying a larger studio space and she told me I absolutely have to use her conveyancing solicitors. Melbourne is a complicated property market and she told me how efficient and simple her lawyers were when negotiating the deal. I’d like to potentially have the space to see two clients at once and I could train up an apprentice. It would be great to have a little salon style setup in a light and airy central Melbourne location. My client inspired me to start looking into some new property options. It is great what can happen when you are open to what others have to say, I may be the one holding the tools but that doesn’t mean I know it all.
